LTFDFIT 6AM FITNESS PACKAGE

MAT PILATES CLASSES

Join us for an energising 55-minute Mat Pilates class.

This class is based on the BASI Mat Pilates Method which handrails the classical Pilates intention but with a scientific approach relevant to our bodies today.

This class has a strong focus on mind body connection, core strength (not just abs), flexibility, mobility, body weight, is a great overall body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, longer and invigorated.


Mondays:

9.30am @Wyndham Hall, Amesbury.

7pm: Online via Zoom.

Tuesdays:

6pm @Antrobus House, Amesbury. Last class Tuesday 30th April 

Wednesdays:

6pm @Antrobus House, Amesbury.

Thursdays: Class cancelled
