Welcome to our LTFDFIT Early Morning Fitness Package. Join us for our 4-week package of 3 early morning fitness classes per week. Our package includes HIIT, Bodyweight, Resistance bands, Circuit Training, Core Conditioning, Strength Training and much more...
Work out with likeminded people, have fun, get fitter and stronger, strengthen your mental resilience, be a part of something again.
Start your day the right way with our 3 x weekly 6am-6.45am for 4 weeks, each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 12 x workouts in total for the amazing price of approximately £5.50 per workout, a total of £67 inclusive of booking fee.
Open to all abilities, modifications and progressions are available throughout each workout.
All equipment will be provided.
Your instructor has in excess of 28 years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, is a former Army PTI/Military Training Instructor is highly qualified, experienced, insured and First Aid trained. Rest assured you are in safe hands!
