These sessions are designed to focus on your individual Pilates needs and goals.

Expert Pilates Classes

Join our expert-led Pilates classes in the Amesbury and surrounding areas. These classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and wellness.

Private Pilates
Sessions

Our Private Pilates sessions are conducted in our home Pilates studio in Durrington. These sessions are designed to focus on your individual Pilates needs and goals.

Mat is the method but we also use Pilates studio equipment to help build your mobility and strength which can then be transferred to your Mat practice.

Pilates is a full mind body practice, mentally and physically immersive.

LTFDFIT 6am Fitness Package

Join us for our morning Fitness Class. This is a 6am fitness class that will run throughout each month on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday (unless stipulated otherwise).

Work out with like minded people, have fun, get fitter and stronger, strengthen your mental resilience, be apart of something again.

Open to all abilities, modifications and progressions are available throughout each workout.

About Jo

Jo is the owner of LTFDFIT

Jo served in the British Military for 24 years, completed operational tours in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. During her military career Jo trained as a Fully Comprehensive BASI Pilates Instructor, a Personal Trainer, Clinical Soft Tissue Therapist, Weight Management Advisor and continues to expand her knowledge and skills on a daily basis.

Jo has used her skills and experience to recover from several back injuries and continues to use this knowledge to help others to recover from injury and to become fitter and stronger.
