Early Morning 
Fitness Class

Join us at 6am each Wednesday & Friday Morning for our 45 minute Fitness Class. These classes are varied each week and take place at Wyndham Hall, Amesbury.

Work out with like minded people, have fun, get fitter and stronger, strengthen your mental resilience, be apart of something again.

Open to all abilities, modifications and progressions are available throughout each workout.
 

Pilates 1-1 Sessions

Our Private 1-1 Pilates sessions are conducted in our home Pilates studio in Durrington. These sessions are designed to focus on your individual Pilates needs and goals.

Mat is the method but we also use Pilates studio equipment, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair to help build your mobility and strength which can then be transferred to your Mat practice.

Pilates is a full mind body practice, mentally and physically immersive.
