Join us for an invigorating Mat Pilates Class.

Our Mat Pilates classes are based on the BASI Pilates method with a strong focus on mind body connection, core strength (not just abs), mobility and strength. These classes are a great overall body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, longer and invigorated.

Our Mixed Ability classes are open to all levels. If unsure of the suitability, please get in touch.
Strong cues, adjustments and modifications and progressions will be provided throughout the class to ensure class inclusion.
