6am Fitness Class Package

Join us each month for our morning Fitness Class. This is a 6am fitness class that runs each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week throughout the month.

Work out with like minded people, have fun, get fitter and stronger, strengthen your mental resilience, be apart of something again.

Each workout is varied and open to all abilities. Modifications and progressions are available throughout each workout.

Classes are 6am-6.45am at Wyndham Hall, Amesbury.
